We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend. Busy, but very good. On Saturday we had Laura (Aaron's sister) up with her family, and Pam (Aaron's mom). We started off the day going to the O'Fallon parade. Seeing the sea of red, white, and blue in the crowd gave me goosebumps, I was indeed proud to be an American! The kids had a great time getting candy, waving to all the people in the parade, and hopefully getting a sense for the real reason behind the 4th of July. The rest of the day was spent eating, swimming, and playing, equaling a great day in America! Thank you to all that risk your lives so we can live in the land of free.
